The Rescue + Mobile applet for Android allows support technicians to troubleshoot issues on your Android device. In order to use this application, you must be receiving support from a technician who is using LogMeIn Rescue. They will provide you with a pin code to initiate the session.

Technicians have various capabilities within the app, including chat functionality, file transfers, viewing system diagnostic information, and the ability to push and pull APN configurations (Android 2.3) as well as WiFi configurations. Additionally, remote control is available for the latest devices from Samsung, HTC, Motorola, Huawei, Sony, Vertu, Kazam, and more.
